Description

(Qty 7) JFK Assassination November 1963 Newspapers - Wichita, KS. Beacon & Eagle The newspapers belonged to a friend of mine who was from Wichita, KS. They have been rolled up and stored for 60 years, so they're in very good condition for their age. I unpacked and unrolled the newspapers just to take the pictures. They were wrapped in multiple plastic bags with string tied around them and I've included a couple of pictures of how they were stored, before I opened them. Needless to say, the papers naturally want to curl up, but I think they could flatten out over time by placing a heavy objects or books on them. I am shipping them rolled up. The (7) newspapers are all from Wichita, Kansas: • The Wichita Beacon, Friday, November 22, 1963 • The Wichita Eagle, Saturday, November 23, 1963 • The Wichita Beacon, Saturday, November 23, 1963 • The Wichita Beacon, Sunday, November 24, 1963 • The Wichita Eagle, Monday, November 25, 1963 • The Wichita Beacon, Monday, November 25, 1963 • The Wichita Eagle, Tuesday, November 26, 1963 I have not thumbed through the newspapers because I didn't want to damage them, so I just unrolled them enough to take photos of them. They're in very good condition. One of the papers has a small tear on the front, as shown in the picture. This was the outside paper in the roll. They do have a yellow tone to them and minor normal newspaper folds, etc. Please view all pictures and message me with questions. Ships to USA Thank you for looking.
